2008
- 'Underwriting Initiative of the Year' award at the Manchester CII Awards
Groupama Healthcare was also a finalist in the CCF European Call Centre Awards 'Best Centre for Customer Service' category and was highly commended in the 'Customer Services Team of the Year' in the National Customer Service Awards.
2007
- 'Claims Initiative of the Year' award at the 2007 British Insurance Awards
Groupama was also highly commended in the National Business Awards in the 'Business of the Year' category.
2006
- 'Most Innovative New Product' award at the Health Insurance Awards for Santé by Groupama Healthcare.
The company was also highly commended at the British Insurance Awards for 'General Insurer of the Year', 'E-Business Award' and 'Young Achiever'. We also received similar commendations at the Insurance Times Awards for 'Young Achiever' and 'Insurer Innovation of the Year'.
2005
- 'Company of the Year' award at the Insurance Day Awards.
- 'E-Business Award' at the British Insurance Awards.
- 'Health Insurance Company of the Year' at the Health Insurance Magazine Awards (Clinicare).
Groupama was also highly Commended in the category for 'General Insurer of the Year' at the British Insurance Awards and in the National Business Awards 2005 in the 'Best Use of Technology' category.
Previous awards
Groupama is a previous winner of the 'Underwriter of the Year' award in the British Insurance Awards and has twice been voted 'Underwriting Team of the Year' at the Insurance Day Awards. In addition, the UK Group has been awarded 'Insurer of the Year' at the Bodyshop Magazine Awards.
