Cathie Bruce - Distribution and Customer Service Director

Cathie began her career in insurance with Endsleigh, where she held a number of roles before becoming Area Sales Manager. 

In 1993, Cathie joined Marsh as National Business Development Manager.  She remained in this role until 1999 when she was promoted to Chief Executive of Marsh Liverpool.

Cathie joined Fortis as Sales and Marketing Director in 2000 before moving to the same position at IPRS in 2003.

In 2004, Cathie joined Groupama Insurances as Head of Customer Proposition and in 2006 was promoted to become Distribution and Customer Service Director. She is now responsible for the Group’s overall business development, agency and customer service activities, along with business development strategy at Groupama.

Cathie is a Member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
