Account management
The Commercial Account Management team is responsible for developing and managing our relationships with commercial brokers. The team implements the Groupama distribution strategy, which is to trade with brokers both online and via our underwriters.
The Key Account Managers (KAM’s) work closely with underwriters to increase business through our brokers, and determine where new relationships will be developed in the future.
In support of this, a team of Development Underwriters (DU's) work out in the regions to provide local or on site support to selected brokers.
Both teams provide information back to the business to support the product development process and continually look for ways in which the company can profitably grow its top line revenue. Our team consists of:
