Information about accounts settlement and paying by installments.
Accounts settlement
Payment of your account is via a monthly statement of account which is issued by us on the 1st working day of each month. Your payment and fully reconciled account should be returned to us to arrive with us no later than the last working day of the current month.
Each statement issued by us contains full details of all premiums due and also includes the name and contact details of our Credit Controller who deals specifically with your account. Please contact that person should you have and questions or queries regarding your account.
If you wish to pay your account by BACS transfer rather than by cheque, our bank account details are as follows:

All payments must be received by our bank by the last working day of the current month.
Instalments
Groupama Insurances offer Creditplan; our scheme for monthly instalments collected by Direct Debit from the clients' Bank or Building Society.
Applications will be considered on receipt of an original, fully completed and signed Creditplan Application Form. Unsigned and copied forms are not acceptable.
