Job Title: Key Account Manager

Reporting to: Head of Intermediary Solutions

To contribute to the delivery of Groupama Sales and Distribution Strategy through the development and maintenance of broker/partner relationships, ensuring that the key accounts are serviced and administered in line with agreed customer expectations.
Implementation of the Sales & Distribution strategy to deliver the company objectives.
Deliver agreed new and existing business objectives as outlined in strategic plan.
Act as Key Account Manager for identified brokers/partners directing and co-ordinating the Group’s interface with the client and representing all lines of business.
Against the stated strategy, identify and develop new relationships within designated market segments.
Creation and application of business, operational and marketing plans to support and develop new and existing relationships.
Ensure effective account management to maximise business production and profitability and minimise financial loss, to include regular account reviews and implementation of documented action plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory (FSA) and corporate requirements through regular and documented monitoring/audit programme.
Participate in ad-hoc Group projects as required.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties within your capabilities that are relevant to the job and reasonably requested of you by your manager.
