JOB PURPOSE

To provide a first-class level of claims customer service to all members, companies, hospitals and medical specialists, Providers and business partners primarily by telephone but also by correspondence if required.

Qualifications 

Previous experience in a telephone based customer service environment.

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Knowledge of the Insurance Market

Experience 

Must have a strong Customer Focus, excellent Communication skills – both verbal and written

Highly professional attitude and a Flexible Team player.

Previous experience in a similar role within PMI

Knowledge

Knowledge of Word and Excel.

Knowledge of insurance principles

Level of autonomy 

Ability to organise own workload and prioritise effectively
