Job Purpose

To act as the principle HR representative within a designated area of the business to ensure the provision of an efficient generalist HR service to all stakeholders.

Although based in Minories, the role will require regular travel to other company offices within the UK (approx 2 days per week), dependent upon designated area of responsibility. Overnight stays will be necessary approx. twice per month.

Demonstrable experience of handling complex employee relations issues

Experience of developing HR policies and processes.

CIPD Graduate.

Excellent knowledge of employment law.

Experience of working with a web-based, self service enabled HR system.
Microsoft office skills.

Grade C or above in GCSE or O Level English and Maths.

Experience of working within a multi-site environment.

Experience of establishing and developing client relationships
