Job Title: Human Resources Business Associate

To act as the principle HR representative within a designated area of the business to ensure the provision of an efficient generalist HR service to all stakeholders.
To provide a complete Human Resources support service in accordance with HR Business Associate capabilities/authorities to line management and staff in accordance with prevailing strategies, policies and procedures etc.
To work with local line management teams in the business planning process and to promote HR best practice at all levels of management, including attending management meetings.
To provide operational support to the Corporate HR Team Leader and/or Manager in all areas of corporate HR activity.
To act as liaison between suppliers and line management/staff in specified areas of outsourced Human Resources activity.
To oversee the recruitment process within designated areas of responsibility, ensuring the satisfactory resolution of all conditional requirements and assisting managers in the selection process (note – Resourcing Manager takes overall responsibility for day to day recruitment activity).
To analyse management information and provide proactive advice and guidance to line management as appropriate.
To keep abreast of legal developments and suggest strategies/initiatives where appropriate to improve existing practices.
To contribute towards the maintenance and continuous development of Human Resources systems, processes and procedures.
To assist in Special Projects as agreed by the Corporate HR Team Leader and/or Manager.
To continually reinforce the corporate values by demonstrating the appropriate behaviours and suggesting ways to embed these within HR policies, practices and systems.
To oversee the workload and daily priorities of an HR Administrator.
Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the HR Management team.
