Basic salary

We are currently reviewing our 2008 salaries. The basic salary for our 2007 scheme was £23500 (London).

Annual bonus

This is a non contractual discretionary scheme based on the achievement of individual objectives and company performance.

Holidays

In addition to 8 days public holiday you are entitled to 23 days paid holiday each year. An extra day will be granted in each of the holiday years during which 2,4,6,8 and 10 years continuous service occurs, plus a further two days in the 25th year.  The holiday year runs from January to December.

Private healthcare

BUPA cover designed to give you (option to add spouse and dependants at a discount rate) access to prompt medical treatment when and where you need it.

Pension plan

Immediate access to the Groupama UK Money Purchase Pension Plan (GUMPP). This is a contributory pension plan invested with Prudential and contributions are based on your age as follows:-

Life assurance

For members of the pension plan, life assurance is granted at four times the basic salary. For non members, it is granted at two times the basic salary.

Permanent Health Insurance (PHI) scheme

The scheme is provided free and its purpose is to provide you with some some financial security should you become ill or be injured necessitating a long period of absence from work after a 26 week waiting period.

Holiday purchase scheme

Employees can purchase up to 5 days per year (in December) and spread the cost of the purchase over course of the year starting January.

Employee referral scheme

Employees can recommend a candidate to Groupama and if the candidate is successfully appointed, the employee may be eligible for an award.

Confidential help and advice service

Employees and their family members normally resident with them have free access to trained counsellors and specialist advisors.  They are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through BUPA Wellbeing.

Health information

Free access to Health Matters, a web-portal full of easy to use health information on key topics such as healthy eating, keeping fit and even quitting smoking. You will also find lots of information on work-related health, such as guidance on the safe use of display screen equipment and tips on how to remain focused at work.

Discounts

Discounted premiums for travel, health, motor, personal accident and home insurance.

Season ticket

Interest free season ticket/car parking ticket loans. 

Sports and social club

The Sports and Social Club organises a range of discounted social activities throughout the year with the backing and financial support of the Company and members subscriptions (50p per month).
