Orientation
We believe that, as the saying goes, “first impressions count”. That’s why we aim to make your first few weeks with us exciting, intensive and memorable. During your orientation, you will meet the key people that you will eventually need to influence in your career. You will also start to get a sense of our friendly culture and how things are done. Importantly, you will get a great understanding of what your career journey with Groupama will look like.
Your Development Programme
Following orientation you will begin your 18 month bespoke development programme. Throughout this time you will attend high profile corporate events that will help familiarise you with the insurance industry and Groupama’s role in it, as well as help build your profile within the company. In addition, you will undertake many informal and formal development activities that will support your professional growth and expand your career options for the years ahead.
We are interested in your career and progress towards your selected career goals. So your development programme will be supported by regular reviews facilitated by your dedicated Learning & Development team and line managers.
Professional Qualifications
We will make sure you are challenged from the start by sponsoring you from day one to complete a professional qualification in your chosen specialism. Support
We will help you settle into your new role by ensuring you have access to people who can answer all your questions. We do this in a number of ways. For example, we will provide you with a “buddy” who will be based in the team you join. And, the specialist Learning & Development team are on hand to ensure your personal development plan remains on track.
