Career development with Groupama

What you can expect

Your time with us will start with a one week orientation programme during which we will work with you to ensure you have the fundamentals about our Company, People, Systems and Processes and importantly, understand our heritage as an organisation.

Following the orientation week, your first 18 months with Groupama will be spent on an exciting and varied career development programme. This aims to help you learn everything there is to know about your chosen business area and role and will also give you a firm understanding of every other part of the business through a series of learning events and secondments which will give you a great springboard from which to launch your career with us.

You will have access to training and exposure on people, technical and industry issues and through this you will develop both professionally and personally, broadening your knowledge and building your skills.

Throughout the 18 month period, you will be required to pursue professional qualifications relevant to your role. Support will be provided to you from your Mentor, Coach and Buddy as well as through our examination support package.
