Peter Lidstone - Graduate Trainee – Claims

Peter joined Groupama having studied Law with French at the University of West of England. Peter applied for a position within our award winning claims team because he sees it as a great opportunity to "develop the analytical skills I gained from my studies, in a business context. It was clear that Groupama believed in investing in me as an individual, not just to fill a vacant position."

Peter has completed a comprehensive orientation that has given him the opportunity to gain a firm understanding of the insurance industry and the structure of our business. Peter says "I gained exposure to all levels of the company, from meeting with the CEO on my first morning, to attending a client’s vehicle damage assessment: no two days were the same."
