Employees can subscribe to a Fitness First gym at discounted rates and receive a complimentary Health Check and Tracker programme.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Access confidential help and advice 24/7 for all personal and work-related problems including stress, bereavement, financial, relationship and legal issues.

Health assessments

Get discounted health assessments for you, your partner, spouses and children.

Private healthcare

Our scheme allows all employees to benefit from free Private Medical Insurance with discounts available to spouses and dependents.

Childcare vouchers

Eligible working parents with children under the age of 16 are able to request non-taxable and National Insurance exempt Childcare Vouchers.

Health and wellbeing

We run a variety of campaigns throughout the year to highlight different aspects of employee health and wellbeing. Examples of these are free fruit days, alcohol awareness campaigns and encouraging employees to find their work life balance.

Cycle to Work Scheme

The scheme offers employees an income tax and National Insurance free opportunity to buy a bike and safety equipment with the company purchasing them on your behalf and then repaying the interest free loan by way of salary sacrifice over a period of 12 months.
