Groupama Insurances has launched its own extranet (Optima Online) to allow you to trade with us at the touch of a button.
Developed in tandem with our work on imarket, this electronic portal is available exclusively to Groupama Insurances agents wishing to trade commercial business electronically.
'Optima' is the new breed of commercial products that we are developing for trading via Optima Online. They have all you might expect in terms of cover and value for money - but importantly, they can be traded electronically. So, that not only means immediate quotes and confirmation of cover but the ability to download a policy wording too.
You can access these new products through Optima Online or via imarket - the market e-trading initiative that we have been supporting with five other leading insurers.
Trading with Groupama Insurances electronically couldn't be simpler. Simply register with imarket and follow the on screen instructions.

Guiding you through Optima Online
With more SME business being placed online we have fully embraced this with developments to our extranet – Optima Online.
However, we recognise not all enquiries `fit the system’ and there is nothing more frustrating than when the “computer says no”. We know that over 50% of commercial business for Tradesman, Small Fleet and package business is completed end-to-end online, but that still leaves up to 50% where there may be a query or concern over how to place the business or about the underwriting criteria.
To resolve this and increase the efficiency of our online offering, we have created our Broker Trading Team.
The new team can provide telephone answers on Optima Online products and guide you through the process, whatever stage of the transaction you’re at. Anita Fenna has been appointed as Head of Broker Trading Team with Paul Angus, Steven Holland and Vicky Mills appointed as Broker Trading Team Account Executives, all bringing a wealth of underwriting experience and technical skills to the team.
The Broker Trading Team will ensure that when a business partner needs some help or wants to place business quickly, we are literally just a phone call away.
