If you used this site to advise us of changes and did NOT receive a confirmation email from us the information must be resent to us immediately. Please do not worry about duplicated entries.
To send your data you can call our Fleet team on 0161 830 1302 or email them at fleetmid@groupama.co.uk and we will submit the information to the MID on your behalf.
Until we are confident that our system will work fully please continue to send your vehicle changes by telephone or by email as above.
This section has been designed to help our Fleet policyholders to comply with the requirements of the Motor Insurance Database (MID) and so fulfil their obligations under the terms of the Fourth EU Motor Insurance Directive and the associated UK legislation.
For all Fleet products where Groupama Insurances hold full vehicle details, we are required by law to submit all vehicle insurance details to the MID within 14 days of the effective date.
In order to meet these regulations we require all intermediaries and Fleet policyholders to submit policy information to us ideally within 24 hours, but no later than 5 calendar days after the effective date of any renewal, new business, or policy change.
