Key Account Managers hit the road to launch EasyAdmin

In a major development for intermediaries operating in the healthcare sector, Groupama Healthcare has commenced the full roll out of its new EasyAdmin system.

EasyAdmin is an innovative but easy to use online facility to relieve the administrative burden on intermediaries by simplifying the basic administration tasks involved in managing new and existing business.

Groupama piloted the service with 3 intermediaries earlier this year. Feedback proved the significant benefits of the system, making administration quicker, more efficient and offering greater control to intermediaries who found they could free up resources to spend more time with their clients.

Claire Ginnelly, Head of Business Development at Groupama Healthcare said: "This is all about empowerment. Through this system intermediaries can make a number of routine changes and obtain information on existing business swiftly and efficiently – whether it's deleting or adding information or producing duplicate certificates. We have been delighted with the feedback from the pilot and as a consequence, we are already planning the next phase focusing on the renewal process which we hope to launch before the end of the year.

As part of the roll-out Groupama's Key Account Managers will be offering intermediaries training on the system to support a smooth adoption of the technology and to ensure the benefits of the system are maximised to the full.
