Dawn Dillaway joins Groupama Insurances as Head of Commercial Underwriting

Groupama Insurances has appointed Dawn Dillaway in the newly created role of Head of Commercial Underwriting. Reporting directly to Malcolm Smith, Commercial Lines Director, Dawn brings over 20 years underwriting experience from RSA and Arista Insurance Limited. Her most recent role was as Regional Underwriting Manager at Arista.

Working with Groupama's Commercial underwriting teams, Dawn will have responsibility for the overall management of Groupama's technical commercial underwriting and pricing activities, including managing the company's property, liability, fleet and schemes portfolios. She will be based in the City and will lead a team of 5 managers within the Commercial Division's head office at One America Square. Dawn will also work closely with Groupama's Account Management, Proposition and Marketing teams to identify and develop new product initiatives, and to help improve processes in response to broker feedback.
