With innovative electronic solutions for commercial insurance, trading with us is quick and cost-effective, whether via our award-winning extranet, Optima Online, or your software house system.

Our focus on specialist business means that we can provide you with direct access to our team of expert underwriters to obtain competitive quotes or to negotiate special deals and schemes for volume business.

Our products are only available through insurance brokers. We believe that this is important for customers as their knowledge and expertise ensures they get the advice, cover and price that's exactly right for them.

Because we work exclusively with the insurance broking community, all our efforts focus on getting things right for them and their customers. We understand the importance of long term partnerships building strong, profitable business relationships.

Our broking partners have easy access to our experienced underwriters and efficient claims technicians. And even though most of our products are traded electronically our underwriters, claims handlers and trading teams are right there to lend a hand when needed.

Quality service and highly efficient business systems are all part of our pursuit of excellence. Our business centres are based in the UK and we are committed to treating our customers fairly.
