Cancelling your policy

If your policy does not meet your needs, you have 14 days from the date you received your policy documents to cancel the policy and get a full refund.*

To cancel your policy, please contact the insurance broker who sold you your policy.

To get a refund, you must return your policy and any certificate of insurance or cover note.

If you want to cancel your policy after this 14-day period, you must write to tell us and send us your certificate of insurance at the same time. As long as you have not made a claim under the policy, we will refund the part of your premium that covers the rest of the period you would have been insured for. We will cancel your policy from the date we receive your certificate of insurance.
