Spanish lottery - important notice

We have been notified of a series of letters purporting to relate to ‘the Spanish Lottery’ and allegedly involving ‘Groupama Seguros’, the Spanish subsidiary of Groupama.

Please note that these are not genuine letters and anyone receiving such correspondence should not respond or provide the personal details requested. 

We take these letters very seriously and are in course of a detailed investigation to identify the senders. If such a letter is received, please inform us immediately via customer.service@groupama.co.uk and send the original letter to:
