A tailor made policy for Blocks of Flats providing wide cover on an All Risks basis.  A number of extensions and additional benefits particular to this type of business and including legal expenses for the eviction of squatters are provided as standard.

The policy is designed for risks where the total sum insured at each location for property and loss of rent does not exceed £2,500,000 (and £3,000,000 if inflation protection uplifts are applied).  However, certain high quality risks with Sums Insured above these values may sometimes be acceptable.
