There are plenty of practical tips on this website including how to cope with
jet lag and a fear of flying. There is no country specific information, but it
does point you in the direction of a directory of approved books if you wish to
learn more.
Fit For Travel.
'Fit for travel' is a public access website provided by the NHS (Scotland). It
gives travel health information, and also includes a handy world map and
information on recent outbreaks, which may affect travellers.
